Role Description This Human Resources Intern role is an on-site internship position based in Bareilly. The intern will support daily HR operations, including assisting with employee records, maintaining HR documentation, and helping coordinate onboarding activities.

Responsibilities include supporting HR policy implementation, assisting with employee benefits administration, and participating in personnel management tasks such as attendance tracking and leave management. The intern may help with organizing employee engagement activities, preparing HR reports,



and responding to routine HR-related queries. This role is designed to provide practical experience in core HR functions and an understanding of how HR supports overall business operations.

Qualifications
Foundational knowledge of Human Resources (HR) principles and practices
Skills in HR Management and Personnel Management for day-to-day HR operations
Understanding of HR Policies and Employee Benefits to support compliance and employee queries
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential information responsibly
Effective written and verbal communication skills for interacting with team members and employees
