Job Responsibilities:
Generate leads for architecture and interior design projects.
Visit construction sites, residential projects, commercial establishments, and potential clients.
Build relationships with builders, contractors, real estate agents, and property owners.
Identify recent business prospects and arrange client meetings.
Follow up on enquiries and maintain lead records.
Promote the firm's design and interior execution services.
Requirements:
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in field marketing or sales is preferred.
Knowledge of construction or interior design is an advantage.
Willingness to travel within Coimbatore.
Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
Salary: Based on experience, with performance-based incentives. Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
