Key Responsibilities-
Manage day-to-day plant HR operations, workforce administration, and recruitment.
Ensure labour law, statutory, and company policy compliance.
Drive employee engagement, training, attendance, and performance management initiatives.
Manage employee relations and partner with plant leadership to support business objectives.
Coordinate with IFM/Admin teams to ensure employee welfare facilities, including canteen and transportation.
Support workforce planning, HR processes, and overall employee experience at the plant.
