Expected Salary Range: ₹ 8-12L per annum.

Qualifications:
Minimum 10 years of experience in HR as a generalist and at least 4 years of managerial

experience.
MBA in HR or equivalent.
Must have competencies: Robust communication skills – articulate, persuade, influence,

ownership, collaboration skills, solution orientation, agility, analytical ability.
Must have skills: Hands on experience in all aspects of employee life cycle management.

Role Description:
Deploy HR strategy as intended through effective systems, processes, structures and policies.
Manage the talent acquisition, induction, onboarding process through efficient talent sources,

partners, channels and ensure availability of required skills for the business.
Build effective talent pipeline and continuity plans
Ensure all roles, deliverables and operating structures are explicit and effective
Deploy and manage the performance management system – goals, reviews, outcomes,





progression, consequences etc.
Manage the learning & development needs of the organization in consultation with the business

heads
Manage efficient data capture systems and information flow systems for payroll inputs
Implement approved incentive and variable compensation programs
Manage engagement, welfare, reward and recognition and engagement initiatives.
Manage employee needs and services through well-structured processes
Implement initiatives to measure and improve desired cultural attributes and values in the

organization
Ensure statutory compliance
Drive best in class safety, health and environment practices
Ensure HR excellence and internal customer satisfaction
Offer HR analytics and insights through productive dashboards, MIS and HRMS
