Expert knowledge of enterprise network infrastructure, protocols and standards, including BGP, MPLS, OSPF, TCP/IP, DNS, NTP and SNMP.
Deep experience with LAN/WAN, routing, switching, network segmentation, high availability, wireless and resilient connectivity patterns.
Experience deploying and managing AWS VPCs, Direct Connect, enterprise GCP VPCs and private cloud connectivity.
Solid knowledge of network and security infrastructure, including VPN access, firewalls, proxies and related security appliances and services.
Experience with infrastructure automation using Terraform, APIs and contemporary Infrastructure as Code practices.
Experience implementing proactive network monitoring, observability,



performance management and capacity-planning solutions.
Strong problem management capabilities, including root-cause analysis, risk identification, impact assessment and corrective action planning.
Experience leading managed service providers, cloud providers, telecommunications partners and multiple technology vendors.
Ability to translate business and product requirements into resilient technical solutions, architecture decisions and executable delivery plans.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to influence technical, operational and management stakeholders.
