Role Description The Human Resources Specialist will manage day-to-day HR operations, including employee onboarding, records maintenance, and personnel support for the Hyderabad office. This full time, on-site role involves administering HR policies, overseeing employee benefits, and assisting with performance management and employee engagement initiatives. The specialist will support recruitment activities, coordinate interviews, and ensure a smooth hiring process in alignment with organizational standards.

Additional responsibilities include handling employee queries, supporting compliance with labor regulations, and collaborating with leadership to foster a positive,



inclusive workplace culture.

Qualifications
Foundational knowledge and experience in Human Resources (HR), including core HR practices and principles.
Skills in HR Management and Personnel Management, with the ability to handle day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle processes.
Ability to develop, implement, and maintain HR Policies that support fairness, compliance, and organizational goals.
Experience managing Employee Advantages programs, including enrollment, communication, and coordination with vendors.
Solid interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams and levels.
Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage confidential information responsibly.
Proficiency in HRIS or HR-related software and basic office productivity tools.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant HR certifications are a plus.
Knowledge of local labor laws and HR compliance requirements applicable to Hyderabad and the broader region.
