Graphic Designer – Performance Marketing

About the Role

We’re looking for a fast, detail-oriented Graphic Designer to support our performance marketing team. The role primarily involves high-volume creative production, size adaptations, and execution of performance marketing creatives in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate should be highly proficient in Photoshop, Canva, and Figma, comfortable with repetitive and bulk design workflows, and capable of delivering 15–20 creatives and/or adaptations per day without compromising on quality.

Key Responsibilities
Create performance marketing creatives for digital advertising campaigns.
Adapt and resize existing creatives for Google, Meta, CRM, and CTWA requirements.
Deliver 15–20 creatives and size adaptations per day, maintaining speed, accuracy, and consistency.
Work closely with the Art Director and collaborate with Performance Marketing, Marketing, Brand, and Content teams.
Follow established brand guidelines, creative templates, and campaign requirements.




Manage multiple design requests efficiently in a energetic, fast-paced environment.

Requirements
Minimum 3 years of graphic design experience, preferably in performance marketing or digital advertising.
Solid proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator with the ability to execute designs and adaptations quickly.
Working knowledge of Canva, and Figma.
Experience creating digital advertising creatives and adapting designs across multiple formats and placements.
Comfortable handling high-volume, repetitive design tasks with quick turnaround times.
Robust attention to detail, consistency, and file management.
Good to have: Experience designing gaming UI or working on gaming-related visual assets.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
