Key Responsibilities
Business Development: Drive institutional partnerships (hospitals, schools, corporates, NGOs), MoUs, B2B growth, pitches, and lead generation.
Marketing & Campaigns: Plan and execute offline events/workshops and digital/social media campaigns (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook).
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with SMEs, designers, and vendors for accurate, high-quality promotional materials and content calendars.
Analytics & Reporting: Track marketing KPIs, manage lead conversion funnels, and optimize campaign ROI through regular data analysis.

Requirements




MBA in Marketing with 5–8 years of relevant experience (Healthcare/Education sector background preferred).
Solid networking, negotiation, presentation, and project-management skills.
Hands-on knowledge of digital marketing, social media analytics, and lead management.
Excellent verbal and written command over English, Hindi, and Marathi.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
