Job Summary

Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation of guest rooms and assigned areas as per hotel standards, ensuring guest comfort and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, and assigned areas as per hotel standards.
Make beds, change linen, and replace towels and guest amenities.
Replenish room supplies and amenities as required.
Report maintenance issues, damaged items, and lost-and-found articles to the supervisor.
Follow hotel procedures for handling guest requests and room status updates.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards at all times.




Handle guest belongings with care and maintain guest privacy.
Coordinate with the Housekeeping Supervisor and other departments whenever required.

Skills and Requirements
Previous experience in a hotel housekeeping department is preferred.
Knowledge of room cleaning procedures and housekeeping standards.
Positive attention to detail and personal hygiene.
Positive attitude, discipline, and willingness to work in shifts.
Valuable communication and teamwork skills.
