Roles and Responsibilities
Meet customers in person and understand their loan requirements.
Explain available loan products, eligibility criteria, and documentation requirements.
Generate business through company-provided leads and customer referrals.
Assist customers with home loan, personal loan, and other loan-related requirements, as applicable.
Collect and verify the required customer documents.
Coordinate with banks and financial institutions for loan processing and approval.
Follow up with customers and banking partners until loan disbursement.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Achieve monthly sales targets and business goals.




Maintain accurate customer records and provide regular sales updates.

Eligibility Criteria
Any graduate or undergraduate with relevant sales experience.
Freshers with valuable communication and sales skills may also apply.
Experience in field sales, banking, NBFC, or loan sales is preferred.
Willingness to travel and meet customers in the field.
Knowledge of regional languages is an added advantage.
