Key Responsibilities
Assist in end-to-end recruitment and candidate sourcing.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interactions.
Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate trackers.
Support on boarding, documentation, and employee engagement activities.
Maintain HR records, reports, and recruitment data.
Assist the HR team with day-to-day HR operation
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
