Baker & Grey is looking for a mature, responsible, and proactive Operations Coordinator to coordinate daily operations, manage priorities, and ensure timely completion of commitments.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate daily service schedules and installation projects.
Make practical decisions, resolve routine operational issues, and take responsibility for outcomes.
Follow up with employees, technicians, and vendors to ensure commitments are met.
Communicate confidently and professionally with clients, including handling difficult situations.
Monitor deadlines, pending tasks, and job completion.
Maintain accurate operational records and reports.

Who We're Looking For
Any degree; 3–5 years of relevant experience preferred.
Robust decision-making, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
Professional assertiveness and the ability to handle challenging situations.
A strong sense of ownership, accountability, and follow-through.




Ability to work independently without repeated reminders.
Good communication skills and proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace.
Experience coordinating field teams or technical services is an advantage.

We are looking for someone who takes responsibility—not someone who merely passes messages or waits for instructions.

Job Details

Location: Padivattom, Edappally, Ernakulam, Kerala

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:15 PM (Versatile working arrangements may be considered based on individual requirements and operational feasibility)

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
