We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Paralegal Consultant for A Leading FMCG client to support the Legal team.
Key Responsibilities
Filing of legal cases and maintaining case documentation
Managing and tracking Brand Artwork approvals
Assisting in drafting legal documents such as pleadings and affidavits
Handling administrative activities including procurement of stamps
Supporting documentation and presentation preparation using Microsoft Office tools
Coordinating with internal legal managers for litigation-related support
Note:
Duration: 12 months
Location: Mumbai
Nature: Full time (On-site)
Skills Required
B.Com / M.Com / LLB
(Law degree is preferred but not mandatory.)
2–4 years of post-qualification experience (PQE)
Prior exposure to litigation support or legal backend operations preferred
Basic understanding of legal documentation and litigation processes
Robust administrative and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Positive command of English (written and verbal)
Ability to grasp instructions quickly and work with a positive attitude
Attention to detail and structured working style
