Design and implement enterprise-scale RAG architectures.
Develop integrations with Microsoft Graph Search, SharePoint Online, and enterprise identity platforms.
Build secure retrieval pipelines with ACL-aware and role-based access controls.
Design metadata & classification frameworks to improve retrieval relevance.
Develop document ingestion, chunking, embedding, reranking, and retrieval workflows.
Optimize answer grounding, citation generation, and response quality.
Integrate AI capabilities with workflow orchestration platforms.
Create evaluation frameworks for retrieval accuracy, security compliance, and hallucination detection.

Required Skills
Robust experience with Generative AI, RAG, Prompt Engineering, and LLMs
Hands-on expertise in Microsoft Graph API, SharePoint Online, Azure AD / Entra ID
Experience with Vector Databases (Weaviate, Azure AI Search, etc.)
Knowledge of OAuth 2.0, Access Tokens, ID Tokens, RBAC, and Security Trimming
Experience building document ingestion and search pipelines
Robust programming skills in Python, javascript and REST APIs
Thorough understanding of workflow automation tools n8n.
