Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and organized IT Assets Executive to manage company IT equipment, maintain asset records, coordinate IT inventory, and ensure proper allocation and tracking of IT assets.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain records of IT assets such as laptops, desktops, monitors, printers, keyboards, and other IT equipment.
Track asset allocation, issuance, returns, transfers, and replacements.
Maintain an updated IT asset inventory and asset register.
Coordinate with the IT team for hardware installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Monitor asset conditions and coordinate repairs or replacements when required.
Maintain asset purchase records, warranty details, serial numbers, and software licenses.
Ensure proper documentation of IT assets and accessories.




Conduct periodic physical verification and inventory audits.
Coordinate with employees and other departments regarding IT asset requirements.
Prepare regular reports on asset utilization, stock availability, and inventory status.

Eligibility Criteria
Graduate or Diploma holder in IT, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
Experience in IT asset management, inventory management, or IT support will be an advantage.
Basic knowledge of computers, laptops, hardware, and MS Excel.
Valuable documentation, coordination, and communication skills.
Salary and Advantages
Monthly In-hand Salary: ₹29,000
Provident Fund (PF): Applicable as per company policy and statutory rules.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
