Job Title: HR Manager – HR Operations

Experience: 5–6 Years

Salary: ₹40,000–₹50,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience and interview performance)

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to independently manage day-to-day HR operations and ensure smooth HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage employee lifecycle, onboarding, joining formalities, and exit processes.
Handle attendance, leave management, payroll coordination, and full & final settlements.
Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and HR MIS reports.
Ensure statutory compliance, including PF, ESI, and applicable labour laws.
Implement HR policies and manage employee grievances.
Coordinate performance appraisals, employee confirmations, and HR operations.

Requirements:
5–6 years of experience in HR Operations.
Solid knowledge of payroll coordination, HR documentation, and labour law compliance.
Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS.
Valuable communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate
Gurugram, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
