HR Manager – HR & Administration

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to oversee human resource functions and administrative operations for an electrical/engineering company. The ideal candidate should have robust knowledge of HR operations, employee relations, statutory compliance, and general administration, preferably in a manufacturing workplace.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and performance management.
Oversee attendance, leave management, payroll coordination, and employee documentation.
Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, statutory requirements, and company policies.
Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and industrial relations, wherever applicable.
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee welfare initiatives.
Supervise administrative operations, including housekeeping,



security, office maintenance, and facility management.
Coordinate with vendors and manage office supplies and administrative expenses.
Work closely with management and departmental heads on workforce planning and employee-related matters.
Maintain HR MIS reports, personnel records, and statutory documentation.
Ensure smooth day-to-day HR and administrative operations.

Candidate Requirements
MBA/PGDM in HR or a relevant discipline.
8–10+ years of relevant experience in HR and Administration.
Experience in manufacturing, electrical, or engineering industries will be preferred.
Sound knowledge of labour laws, statutory compliance, payroll coordination, and HR policies.
Experience managing both blue-collar and white-collar employees is desirable.
Solid leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS or HR reporting tools.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
