Role & responsibilities
Serve as Scrum Master for one or more Agile software development teams.
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including:
Sprint Planning
Daily Stand-ups
Sprint Reviews
Sprint Retrospectives
Backlog Refinement Sessions
Coach teams on Agile principles, Scrum practices, and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure well-defined and prioritized backlogs.
Help teams improve sprint predictability, quality, and delivery performance.
Identify, track, and remove impediments affecting team productivity and delivery.
Facilitate effective communication between development teams and stakeholders.
Drive transparency through Agile metrics, reporting, and dashboards.
Support capacity planning, sprint forecasting,



and release planning activities.
Monitor and improve team health, engagement, and collaboration.
Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous learning.
Work with engineering leaders to identify process improvement prospects.
Ensure Agile governance practices are followed while minimizing unnecessary overhead.
Coordinate dependencies across cross-functional teams when required.
Support adoption of DevOps, CI/CD, quality engineering, and contemporary software development practices.
