Systole Remedies Pvt. Ltd. is urgently looking for a technically skilled and responsible IT Executive / IT Support Executive to manage day-to-day IT operations, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure the smooth functioning of computer systems, networks, and office IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, operating system, and network-related issues.
Maintain LAN, Wi-Fi, internet connectivity, and basic network infrastructure.
Manage email accounts, user access, software installations, and system configurations.
Provide technical support to employees across different departments.
Maintain data backups, antivirus protection, and basic IT security practices.
Maintain IT asset inventory, software records, and equipment maintenance logs.
Coordinate with external IT vendors and service providers when required.
Support attendance systems, biometric devices, and related software,



where applicable.
Ensure timely resolution of technical issues and minimize operational downtime.

Required Qualifications & Skills
Graduate or Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum 1+ year of relevant IT support or IT operations experience.
Valuable knowledge of computer hardware, software, Windows operating systems, and troubleshooting.
Basic understanding of networking, LAN, Wi-Fi, printers, and system administration.
Knowledge of antivirus, data backup, and IT security practices.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and provide timely technical support.

Salary: ₹15,000–₹25,000 per month, depending on skills and experience.
