Role & responsibilities

Qualification : Bachelors or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Technical Skills-

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including:
Daily Stand-ups
Sprint Planning
Sprint Reviews
Sprint Retrospectives
Backlog Refinement Sessions
SAP Knowledge

• Coach teams on Agile and Scrum principles, practices, and values.
Remove blockers and impediments impacting team productivity.
Track sprint progress, velocity, and team performance metrics.
Support Product Owners in backlog management and prioritization.
Ensure transparency through Agile tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or Rally.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization.
Facilitate stakeholder communication and status reporting.




Promote self-organizing and cross-functional team behavior.
Assist in scaling Agile practices across multiple teams where required.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master.
Robust understanding of Agile frameworks including Scrum and Kanban.
Hands-on experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or similar tools.
Excellent facilitation, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills.
Solid communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Experience working with distributed and cross-functional teams.
