Required Key Account Manager for Handling Complete Post Sales Activities ( details mentioned below)
Inter Departmental followup ( PPC , Commercial , Logistics ) for timely deliveries to customer
Interaction with Plant Technical Team for getting the Technical Details which needs to be submitted to Institutional/ Pvt Label Customers when required.
Visit to Eastman Plant/ Warehouse when there is PDI to be conducted by customer
Communication to Customers regarding confirmation of readiness of material dates , tracking details of dispatch of material
Followup with Service Dept for timely service settlement & informing customers accordingly.
Handling all type of grievances of customers
to ensure that the TAT of Post Sales .( after receiving PO till Delivery to Customer) , becomes less
Followup with both customer & Eastman Commercial Dept for account reconcilaition time to time ( both Customer & Eastman account books in system should match )
to discuss with plant team , Marketing representative responsible for Packaging artwork & Customer to ensure that all the packaging related requirements of customers is met.
maintaining entire MIS ( Sales , Collection , Service , Meeting sheets) .
