Sea Operations Executive – Freight Forwarding
Handle customer coordination for sea freight import and export shipments.
Communicate with customers regarding shipment status, schedules, documentation, and delivery updates.
Coordinate with shipping lines, agents, transporters, and internal teams to ensure smooth shipment movement.
Follow up on bookings, vessel schedules, container movement, and delivery status.
Provide timely updates to customers and respond to their queries professionally.
Coordinate and resolve shipment-related issues, delays, and operational queries.
Ensure customer requirements are properly communicated to the relevant teams and followed up until completion.
Maintain regular communication with customers throughout the shipment process.




Prepare and share necessary shipment-related documents and updates with customers.
Maintain accurate customer and shipment records.
Ensure timely follow-up and closure of customer requests.
Build and maintain valuable working relationships with customers and service providers.
Previous experience in freight forwarding, sea operations, or customer service is preferred.
Valuable communication, coordination, follow-up, and customer-handling skills.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
