About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Plant Incharge to lead and oversee overall factory operations, ensuring productive production, quality compliance, GMP adherence, cost optimization, and timely delivery of cosmetic products while driving operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Oversee overall cosmetic manufacturing plant operations and production targets.
Manage Production, QA, QC, Maintenance, Stores, Warehouse, and Planning.
Ensure GMP,



ISO, SOP, and regulatory compliance.
Optimize production costs, reduce wastage, and improve productivity.
Lead plant teams, monitor KPIs, and ensure timely product delivery.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Engineering, or a related field.
8+ years of manufacturing experience, including 3+ years in a Plant Head/senior leadership role.
Experience in Cosmetics, Personal Care, FMCG, Pharma, or Chemical Manufacturing.
Robust knowledge of GMP, ISO standards, production planning, and compliance.
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and team management skills.
