Role & responsibilities
Generate leads and acquire customers for Home Loan products.
Conduct field sales activities and meet prospective customers.
Build and maintain relationships with customers, builders, and property dealers.
Explain Home Loan products, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and documentation requirements.
Follow up with customers and convert leads into business.
Collect required documents and coordinate with the loan processing team.
Achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives.
Maintain valuable customer relationships and provide support throughout the loan application process.

Preferred candidate profile
Graduation is compulsory.
Only experienced candidates; freshers are not eligible.
Candidates with Home Loan, Housing Finance, or Banking Sales experience preferred.
Experience with Bajaj Housing Finance or Axis Bank is preferred.
Positive knowledge of banking products and Home Loan processes.
Solid communication, customer-handling, and sales skills.
Must be comfortable with field sales and customer visits.
Two-wheeler (bike) is mandatory.
Age limit: 1836 years.
Location preference: Virar, Vasai, Nalasopara, and nearby areas.
