Roles & Responsibilities
1.Laptop Desktop Management and user support
2.IT Asset Managed and support ,Laptop desktop services with security patch management
3.Network Management and tracking of Network trafic
4.Installation of client software for Managed data Security and internet security
5.Managing day to day IT infrastructure related issues (hardware viz., servers, desktops, laptops, printers, internet, etc.) by providing support.
6.Daily and routine IT tasks management and User satisfaction
