About the Role

Fabric Pandit is looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and marketing efficiency through data-driven paid marketing initiatives across digital channels.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across multiple digital advertising platforms.
Manage advertising budgets and allocate spend based on performance and business

objectives.
Drive customer acquisition, lead generation, and revenue growth through paid marketing

initiatives.
Monitor key performance metrics including ROAS, CAC, CPA, CTR, CPC, CPM, and

Conversion Rate.
Conduct audience research, segmentation, retargeting, and campaign optimization.
Develop and implement full-funnel marketing strategies to improve acquisition and

retention.
Collaborate with creative, content, e-commerce, and design teams to improve campaign

performance.
Conduct A/B testing of creatives, messaging, audiences, and landing pages.
Analyze campaign performance and prepare weekly and monthly reports.





Identify growth opportunities and continuously improve marketing efficiency.

Requirements
3–6 years of hands-on performance marketing experience.
Proven experience managing paid digital campaigns and driving measurable business

growth.
Robust understanding of campaign optimization, attribution, audience targeting, and

conversion tracking.
Experience managing monthly advertising budgets and achieving target ROAS/CAC.
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with marketing analytics and reporting tools.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of growth targets.

Preferred Experience
Experience working with E-commerce, D2C, Retail, Fashion, Lifestyle, or Consumer

Brands.
Experience with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms.
Knowledge of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
Experience with customer retention and lifecycle marketing.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
