We are looking for an experienced and responsible Immigration Manager to manage daily immigration operations, handle client cases, guide the team, and ensure smooth visa processing. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of immigration procedures, documentation, and client handling.

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily immigration and visa processing operations.
Handle work visa, visitor visa, and other immigration-related cases.
Guide and manage immigration counselors and telecaller teams.
Check client documents and ensure proper file preparation.
Explain visa processes, requirements, and documentation to clients.
Follow up with clients and maintain robust client relationships.
Monitor team performance and achieve business targets.
Coordinate with B2B agents, consultants, and business partners.
Maintain client records and provide regular case updates.
Ensure professional client service and transparent communication.

Requirements
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in the immigration industry.




Good knowledge of visa processes and documentation.
Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
Leadership and team management abilities.
Ability to manage multiple cases and meet targets.
Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills.
