We are looking for an enthusiastic, tech-savvy, and detail-oriented Implementer Intern to join our growing team. This internship offers hands-on exposure to client onboarding, software/solution deployment, technical configuration, and end-to-end project execution.

Key Responsibilities
Solution Setup & Configuration: Assist the implementation team in configuring software, systems, or digital solutions tailored to client specifications and requirements.
Testing & Quality Assurance: Support testing phases by identifying bugs, tracking workflow gaps, and ensuring systems run smoothly before final client delivery.
Client Coordination & Support: Work alongside senior team members to communicate with clients, gather necessary data, and help resolve technical inquiries or troubleshooting requests.
Documentation & Reporting: Prepare clear standard operating procedures (SOPs), user manuals,



configuration guides, and project status updates.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with internal product, technical, and operations teams to streamline implementation timelines and deliverables.

Requirements & Qualifications
Education: Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Management, or a related field.
Skills:
Robust analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.
Clear and qualified verbal and written communication skills.
Good computer literacy with a foundational understanding of software applications, databases, or workflow management.
High attention to detail and strong time-management capabilities.
Mindset: Eager to learn, adaptable in a fast-paced setting, and capable of working effectively both independently and within a team.
