Role & responsibilities
Assist principle architect
Must know Autocad & Sketchup
Must be able to do 3D modeling and rendering
Should take responsibility of work and complete projects on time
Attend client meetings and give design presentations
Must be creative but practical
Coordinate with site to make sure work is going as per design specs
-Must be able to visit site as and when required
Must be interested in healthcare/commercial projects
Preferred candidate profile
B.Arch or B.Des candidates welcome with min 1 yr experience
Experience with commercial projects
Experience in designing for brown field projects as well as green field projects
Experience doing hospital projects and understands interiors and MEP for hospitals
Must be able to coordinate with MEP team .
