Key Roles and Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with applicable FSSAI regulations, including the Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006, and relevant rules and regulations.
Verify product formulations, ingredients, additives, and nutritional compositions for regulatory compliance.
Review product labels, packaging artwork, claims, declarations, and nutritional information before approval.
Maintain FSSAI licences, regulatory documents, product specifications, and compliance records.
Monitor compliance with GMP, GHP, hygiene, sanitation, and applicable Schedule 4 requirements.
Coordinate with Quality Assurance, Production, and Purchase departments to ensure food safety and regulatory compliance.
Maintain records of raw materials, finished products, batch manufacturing, testing,



traceability, and product recalls.
Coordinate product testing, laboratory reports, audits, inspections, and corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Track regulatory amendments and implement necessary changes in formulations, labelling, documentation, and manufacturing processes.
Support regulatory submissions, licence modifications, annual returns, and other applicable statutory requirements.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
