The Role

We’re looking for a Full Stack Developer to build and scale core parts of our platform. You’ll own features end to end: database, APIs, and the UI people interact with. You’ll work closely with product, design, and AI engineers.

What You’ll Do
Build and ship features across frontend and backend, from idea to production
Design clean, scalable REST/GraphQL APIs and data models
Build quick, responsive interfaces with a robust eye for UX
Integrate AI/ML services and third-party APIs (ATS,



calendars, video, etc.)
Write tested, maintainable code and take part in code reviews
Monitor, debug, and improve performance and reliability in production

What We’re Looking For
2–5 years of hands-on full stack development experience
Strong in JavaScript/TypeScript, with React (or Next.js) on the frontend
Backend experience with Node.js (Express/NestJS) or Python (FastAPI/Django)
Solid with databases: PostgreSQL/MySQL and/or MongoDB
Experience with Git, CI/CD, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
Able to take ambiguous problems and ship working solutions quickly
