As our Figma Designer, you’ll turn ideas into clean, intuitive interfaces for our client-facing product. You’ll work closely with product, engineering, and business teams to design screens, flows, and reusable components that make complex financial information easy to understand.

What you’ll do
Design user interfaces, wireframes, and prototypes in Figma for mobile and web
Build and maintain a consistent design system and component library
Turn requirements and user feedback into transparent user flows and polished screens
Design explicit, trustworthy layouts for financial data such as portfolios, transactions, and reports
Prepare developer-ready files with specs, assets, and handoff notes
Work with developers so the final build matches the design




Iterate on designs based on usability feedback and data

What we’re looking for
Robust hands-on experience with Figma (auto layout, components, variants, prototyping)
A portfolio showing UI/UX work, ideally for mobile apps or web products
Good understanding of typography, color, spacing, and visual hierarchy
Familiarity with design systems and responsive design
Clear communication, openness to feedback, and the ability to meet deadlines
