About the Company

Lords Inn Somnath is part of the Lords Hotels & Resorts group, a hospitality brand offering comfortable stays and quality services to guests across its properties. We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Associate to join our Human Resources team at our hotel in Somnath, Gujarat.

We are hiring an HR Associate with a background in hospitality HR who can support day-to-day HR operations and employee coordination in a hotel setting.

Key Responsibilities
Assist with daily HR operations, attendance management, and employee records.
Support recruitment, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and joining formalities.
Coordinate employee onboarding, induction, and training activities.
Maintain employee files, HR documentation, and personnel records.
Assist with payroll inputs, leave records, and salary-related coordination.
Support PF, ESI, and other statutory HR documentation.
Coordinate with department heads regarding staffing requirements and employee matters.
Assist in employee engagement activities and maintain HR policies and procedures.

Candidate Requirements




Qualification: Graduate in HR, Hotel Management, or a related field preferred.
Experience: Minimum 1 year of HR experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Candidates who have completed an HR Industrial Training (IT) or On-the-Job Training (OJT) in hospitality may also apply.
Basic knowledge of HR operations, attendance, recruitment, and employee documentation.
Positive communication skills, a positive attitude, and willingness to learn.
Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Salary & Benefits
Salary: ₹15,000–₹20,000 per month in hand, depending on experience and suitability.
