India sold over ₹6 lakh crore of new homes in its top seven cities, and much of it still runs on spreadsheets, WhatsApp threads and tools never built for real estate. Cladbe is building the operating system a real-estate developer runs the whole business on: every enquiry, site visit, booking, payment schedule and handover in one place. It connects to property.current, our marketplace built to show buyers every RERA-registered project in a city, checked and current.

We're building toward commercial launch and hiring a Full-Stack Flutter Developer to join our core engineering team and build features end to end, from the screen to the API behind it.

Where you'll work: for the first few months, the core team builds together in Bareilly. After that, the whole team moves to Noida, where the role is based.

What you'll do
Build our platform in Flutter across web and mobile, from first screen to release.
Turn complex real-estate workflows into screens that are quick and simple to use, on a desktop in a sales office or a phone at a site.
Write the backend your features need: Node.js and TypeScript services and the APIs behind them.
Model data in PostgreSQL that stays correct when many people work on the same records at once.
Keep every screen in step with live data,



and keep the app usable on a weak connection: cached data, queued actions, and a clear sign when something is still syncing.
Own quality end to end: performance, releases and tests.

The stack
Flutter and Dart, for web and mobile
Node.js and TypeScript, on PostgreSQL

Must have
Flutter and Dart in production, including Flutter Web
State management with Riverpod or BLoC
Node.js and TypeScript: you've built APIs, not just called them
PostgreSQL: schema design, transactions and indexing
Real-time sync and offline-first patterns in Flutter: local cache, queued writes and resolving conflicts when they sync
Profiling and fixing performance issues on web and mobile

Nice to have
Event-driven systems (message queues, event buses)
Apps shipped to the Play Store or App Store
B2B SaaS or real-estate products
