About the Role The role will be responsible for driving strategic collaboration and business growth between Muthoot FinCorp Ltd. (MFL) and MML by creating a seamless Gold Loan business ecosystem across both organizations. The role will act as the single point of accountability for identifying, developing and executing business opportunities, ensuring alignment between leadership teams, accelerating customer acquisition and maximizing Gold Loan business outcomes through effective integration of customers, channels, processes, products and operating capabilities. The incumbent will work closely with senior leadership teams across MFL and MML to ensure that strategic decisions translate into measurable business performance and sustainable growth.
