Role Summary

We are looking for a Junior Network Engineer with basic networking knowledge and hands-on experience in IT support and CCTV installation to manage network infrastructure, troubleshoot technical issues, and support in office installation activities.

Key Responsibilities
Install, configure, and troubleshoot LAN, routers, switches, and Wi-Fi networks.
Install and maintain computers, printers, and other IT equipment.
Perform CCTV camera installation, configuration, and troubleshooting, including IP cameras and DVR/NVR systems.
Handle network cabling, cable termination, and connectivity testing.
Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Visit client locations for installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Maintain technical documentation and installation reports.





Qualification & Skills
Graduate/Diploma in IT, Computer Science, Electronics, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in networking or IT support.
Basic knowledge of TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, routers, switches, and network cabling.
Hands-on knowledge of CCTV installation is required.
Knowledge of Windows OS and hardware troubleshooting.
Positive communication and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel to client sites as required.
