Performance Marketing Manager – Learnfidence Education Services LLP

Learnfidence Education Services LLP is looking for an experienced and target-driven Performance Marketing Manager to lead digital marketing campaigns and drive business growth.

Responsibilities
Plan and manage performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Develop strategies for lead generation, customer acquisition, and conversion optimization.
Monitor campaign performance, analyze marketing data, and improve ROI.
Lead and manage the marketing team to achieve business targets.
Optimize advertising budgets and ensure effective campaign performance.
Coordinate with the sales team to improve lead quality and conversions.
Track KPIs and prepare regular performance reports.

Requirements




2–3 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in the EdTech industry.
Previous team leadership experience.
Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Solid analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Target-oriented approach with a focus on measurable results.
Ability to work from the office.
