About the role

Bestvantage Investments is looking for a creative, detail-oriented Podcast Editor to transform raw recordings into engaging, high-quality podcast videos and social media content. The ideal candidate should have a positive understanding of video editing, storytelling, audio quality, and digital content trends.

Key Responsibilities:
Edit podcast recordings into polished, engaging video and audio content.
Create short-form clips, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn videos from long-form podcasts.
Ensure clear audio, smooth transitions, appropriate pacing, and consistent video quality.
Add subtitles, captions, graphics, branding elements, and background music where required.
Collaborate with the content and marketing team to develop engaging content for digital platforms.
Organise raw footage, manage project files, and ensure timely delivery of edited content.
Stay updated with podcast formats,



video editing trends, and social media content practices.

Requirements:
Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro.
Understanding of audio editing, colour correction, subtitles, and video formatting.
Ability to create engaging short-form content from long-form recordings.
Robust attention to detail, creativity, and time management skills.
A portfolio or samples of previous editing work will be an advantage.
