Sales Manager (Position 4): Job Location Project Site – Moshi, Pune

Experience - 8–15+ Years in Real Estate Sales (Luxury Residential / Villas / Premium Apartments Preferred)

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development
Personally handle walk-in, referred, channel partner, and digital leads.
Conduct face-to-face meetings with prospective customers.
Deliver compelling project presentations and site tours.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable villa options.
Build trust with HNI and premium homebuyers.
Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

End-to-End Sales OwnershipThe candidate will independently manage the complete sales cycle including:
Lead qualification
Client meetings
Project presentations
Site visits
Financial discussions
Price negotiations
Booking closure
Documentation coordination
Agreement process
Payment follow-up
Loan coordination with banks
Registration support
Customer relationship until possession

Customer Relationship Management
Build long-term relationships with customers.
Maintain regular follow-ups.




Resolve customer concerns professionally.
Deliver an exceptional buying experience.
Ensure high customer satisfaction and referral generation.

Channel Partner Management
Build robust relationships with Channel Partners.
Conduct CP presentations.
Support CP site visits.
Ensure timely follow-ups.
Generate business through the broker network.

Sales Strategy
Analyse market trends and competitor activities.
Recommend pricing, offers, and promotional ideas.
Identify recent customer acquisition prospects.
Work closely with the Marketing Team to improve lead quality and conversions.

Reporting
Maintain CRM updates.
Prepare daily sales reports.
Submit weekly pipeline reports.
Present monthly sales forecasts.
Monitor conversion ratios.
Ensure complete sales documentation.

Marathi
