Work Timings: 6:30 PM 3:30 AM IST (9 AM 6 PM EST)

Role & responsibilities

Market bench consultants and maintain an active bench list.

Handle placements for CPT, OPT EAD, GC, H1B and H-1B transfer candidates.

Build and maintain strong relationships with Tier-1 vendors to generate more requirements.

Customize resumes according to job requirements and submit them promptly.

Identify new market opportunities and develop relationships with new vendors.

Conduct cold calling and update consultant profiles across job boards.

Maintain and regularly update vendor databases by client and region.

Monitor market trends and explore new business prospects.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

2–6+ years of hands-on US IT Bench Sales experience.

Proven ability to meet or exceed targets and achieve successful placements.

Robust communication, negotiation, and vendor management skills.
