Scorgemi Scientific Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to drive IVD sales across Rajasthan.

Key Responsibilities
Drive sales of IVD instruments, reagents and laboratory consumables.
Develop business with hospitals, diagnostic laboratories, pathology labs and distributors.
Appoint and manage distributors/channel partners across Rajasthan.
Conduct product demonstrations and customer meetings.
Achieve sales targets and develop recent business opportunities.
Maintain strong relationships with pathologists, laboratory heads, procurement teams and key customers.
Monitor competition, market trends and customer requirements.

Required Experience
3–6 years of relevant sales experience in IVD, Diagnostics, Medical Devices or Laboratory Equipment.
Experience with Hematology, Coagulation, Microbiology, diagnostic reagents or laboratory consumables will be preferred.
Solid knowledge of the Rajasthan healthcare/diagnostic market.
Existing network of hospitals, laboratories and distributors will be an advantage.
Robust communication, negotiation and business development skills.
Willingness to travel across Rajasthan.
