An Oracle Fusion ERP functional specialist to support the delivery and adoption phase of our finance transformation. Design is complete — we need someone who can execute, train, and embed.

Delivery Responsibilities
Configure and validate Oracle Fusion Financials across the R2R workstream (GL, Fixed Assets, Intercompany, SLA, Period Close)
Support UAT execution, defect resolution, and R2R process sign-off
Deliver role-based Oracle Fusion training to finance end-users and super users
Develop supporting materials — user guides, process flows, quick reference cards
Run train-the-trainer sessions to build internal capability ahead of go-live
Work directly with finance stakeholders to resolve issues and drive readiness

EXP
3+ full-cycle Oracle Fusion Finance implementations with hands-on R2R experience
Proven ability to deliver Oracle Fusion training to finance teams
Comfortable working independently in a rapid-moving delivery workplace
Robust communicator with finance stakeholder experience

Pay: ₹3,000,000.00 per year
