Manage daily purchasing activities for tiles, bathware, sanitaryware, CP fittings, and other showroom products.
Coordinate with suppliers and vendors regarding product availability, pricing, discounts, and delivery schedules.
Collect and compare quotations to ensure competitive purchase rates.
Prepare purchase orders and obtain the necessary approvals.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the store and sales teams to identify purchase requirements.
Follow up on pending orders, delayed deliveries, shortages, and damaged goods.
Maintain purchase records, supplier details, price lists, and order status reports.
Verify purchase invoices and coordinate with the accounts department for supplier payments.
Develop and maintain robust relationships with existing suppliers and identify recent vendors.
Prepare regular purchase and stock-related reports for management.
