Work Mode : Work from Office

Responsibilities
Manage and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Platforms
Set up tracking via Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, and Meta Pixel
Monitor and analyze campaigns, identify gaps, and implement actions to improve ROAS
Run and optimize DSP campaigns (Native, Pop, Push, Banner) to drive conversions
Improve user acquisition and revenue generation
Create reports and suggest performance improvements
Create ad copies and design creatives (using Canva)

Requirements
Robust analytical and reporting skills (Google Sheets, Google Analytics)
Experience with conversion tracking and funnel optimization

Plus
Experience with Microsoft Advertising
Hands-on experience with DSPs and alternative traffic sources

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
