Job overview

We are looking for a proactive Sr. Client Sourcing Specialist to identify, engage, and onboard clients for learning and development (L&D;) solutions. This role focuses on building a solid client pipeline for training programs, digital learning, and capability-building initiatives.

Roles and responsibilities
Identify and source potential clients (corporates, institutions,



startups) requiring learning delivery services
Generate leads through market research, networking, cold outreach, and digital channels
Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline for training and L&D; solutions
Understand client needs and align them with relevant learning offerings (e.g., leadership training, upskilling, e-learning)
Collaborate with internal learning delivery and instructional design teams to create tailored proposals
Schedule meetings, pitch solutions, and support the closure of deals
Maintain CRM data and track client interactions and progress
Monitor market trends in L&D;, corporate training, and talent development
Robust understanding of corporate learning, training services, or edtech landscape
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to build relationships and influence decision-makers
Self-driven with a target-oriented mindset

Educational Qualification
Bachelor's degree required

Experience
4 to 5 years of experience
