Position: Business Development Manager (BDM) — Task Force

Reports To: Task Force Manager / Regional Business Manager

Position Summary The Task Force BDM will drive brand promotion and prescription generation exclusively across Nursing Homes (NH) and Small Private Hospitals within an assigned territory, focusing on high call-frequency coverage of a defined doctor panel.

Key Responsibilities / KRAs
Cover a minimum of 40 accounts — restricted to Nursing Homes and Small Private Hospitals only
Maintain and service a doctor panel of 175 doctors across the territory
Achieve 250 calls/month per BDM
Execute call frequency discipline:
75 doctors — 2 calls/month each
100 doctors — 1 call/month each
Sustain a daily call average of 10 calls/day
Promote brands as finalized by the Marketing team (brand list to be shared at onboarding)
Submit accurate daily call reports (DCR) and account coverage trackers




Build relationships with NH/small hospital doctors to drive consistent prescription support

Ideal Candidate Profile
Currently working in a hospital/NH-focused field role (not purely retail/chemist-driven territories)
Comfortable with high call-volume, high-discipline field structures (task force/feet-on-street model)
Prior exposure to structured call-average and account-coverage KPIs

Experience & Qualifications
Graduate (B.Pharm/B.Sc preferred); Any graduate considered with relevant field experience
1–4 years pharma field sales experience, preferably in hospital/NH territories
Two-wheeler and valid driving license mandatory

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
