Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily production operations and ensure production targets are achieved as per plan.
Manage and allocate manpower across production lines and shifts.
Maintain production records, shift reports, and daily output reports.
Coordinate with Quality Control, Maintenance, Stores, and Dispatch departments.
Ensure proper housekeeping and workplace safety.
Monitor employee attendance, discipline, and productivity.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
