We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Relationship Manager (RM) to promote and sell loan products while building long-term relationships with customers. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a sales-oriented mindset, and the ability to achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities
Generate leads and acquire new customers for loan products such as Personal Loans and Business Loans.
Understand customer financial requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
Build and maintain robust relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Conduct customer meetings, field visits, and follow-ups to drive conversions.
Achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives assigned by management.
Ensure timely collection and verification of customer documentation.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and sales activities.
Deliver excellent customer service and resolve customer queries effectively.
Stay updated on company products, industry trends, and competitor offerings.

Eligibility Criteria
Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline.
Experience:



0–3 years in Banking, NBFC, Financial Services, Insurance, or Direct Sales.
Freshers with solid communication and sales aptitude are encouraged to apply.
Basic knowledge of loan products and financial services will be an added advantage.
