Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Patient Callers to join our US Healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for communicating with patients, handling inbound and outbound calls, providing appointment-related support, and ensuring a smooth patient experience.

Key Responsibilities
Make inbound and outbound calls to patients regarding appointments, follow-ups, and pending information.
Schedule, confirm, reschedule, and cancel patient appointments as required.
Verify patient demographics and basic insurance information.
Follow up with patients for required documents, medical information, or outstanding balances, depending on process requirements.
Update patient details and call outcomes accurately in the system.
Handle patient queries professionally and provide appropriate assistance.




Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA guidelines.
Achieve daily productivity, quality, and call-handling targets.

Required Skills
Positive English communication and telephone etiquette.
Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office.
Customer service skills and a patient-friendly approach.
Willingness to work in US night shifts.

Freshers are welcome; candidates with up to 3 years of experience in US Healthcare, BPO, voice process, or patient calling are preferred. Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
