Job Overview

We are looking for a target-oriented Sales Executive to promote land and plot projects, generate leads, arrange site visits, and convert prospective buyers into customers.

Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through calls, referrals, and networking.
Explain plot projects, location advantages, pricing, and payment plans.
Understand customer budgets and property requirements.
Arrange site visits for prospective buyers.




Follow up with interested customers and negotiate deals.
Coordinate with the sales and documentation teams.
Maintain customer databases and sales reports.
Work towards achieving monthly sales targets.
